Nike x sacai x Jean Paul Gaultier Unveil Collaborative Three-Way VaporWaffle

Nike and sacai, known for their collaborative efforts, have welcomed a new partner in the form of the esteemed French haute couture house Jean Paul Gaultier.
Redirecting their design focus towards the controversial VaporWaffle sneaker, this trio has a history of joint ventures, particularly with iterations of the Waffle, VaporWaffle, and Blazer silhouettes.
The latest collaboration introduces a low-top version of the VaporWaffle, following a previous high-top release that stirred discussion among sneaker enthusiasts due to its altered shape. Capitalizing on the current trend of multi-textured and woven sneakers, Nike, sacai, and JPG present two colorways - triple white and multicolored green/blue/red/yellow. These sneakers feature a striking checkered woven material dominating the design, complemented by overlays of mesh and suede. Staying true to sacai's signature style, the doubled-up heels, tongues, and laces remain, while co-branding maintains consistency with previous releases, as showcased on their Instagram platform.
The Nike x sacai x Jean Paul Gaultier Vaporwaffle will be available exclusively on the Jean Paul Gaultier website on November 22. It is the latest collaboration from the French brand, following its footwear release with Jimmy Choo.
